Horrible service, horrible company never rent a car from them no matter the situation

I rented a car with them, they gave me a car which had over 100 scratches and dents, boot was not even opening , I had an emergency so I took that car, went about my journey returned the car now I'm struggling to get my deposit back I'm told the is only 2 people working in that department and than told they gone to pray I must try again after 14H00, I have calling them since morning trying to get my deposit back, I regret why I even went there, I wish I listened to my friend who warned me about this car rental, he told straight they will never refund your money but you will given a run around like you coming to ask for a loan
