HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER

Thrifty car rental has the worst service ever. I returned their car on the 2nd of July and I have been fighting with them daily for my deposit. They said it takes about 7 to 14 working days to get your deposit back but this is a lie. I try to call but it takes me hours to get through to someone. I once communicated with Robert who is the branch manager at OR Tambo but he also **** to me that my deposit was done the same day and will reflect by latest tomorrow. No one responds to my emails. They have very bad business ethics and I would like to let everyone know that they must not use their services because they have poor clientele. This company is **** taking its client's money and not returning it.
