Horrible service, even worse supervisor O R Tambo

<p>I rented a car from OR Tambo on Wednesday evening for two days. The car was returned to Thrifty Centurion yesterday. However today my account was debited. I called thrifty to be told by the supervisor that he cannot take responsibility and will look into the matter. He refused to apologise and constantly spoke over me and hung up the phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>What service right? </p>
