Horrible service! Calls aren't answered,if they decide to answer, you still don't get help.

Are you guys understaffed, or you have lathegic employees? I've been calling Thrifty from the 10th of March, regarding my refund (deposit), on more than 3 occasions, the phone rang for over 10 minutes without being answered. Today (15th), call rang for 8 minutes,whenever I speak to someone ,and explain the reason for my call, I'm being, transferred to another ext, where I've been holding for over 7 minutes. Your service is truly pathetic! I want my refund please.
