Horrible Experience

I rented a car with Thrifty at King Shaka International Airport in December 2022 from the 17th until 19th. I collected the car on the morning of the 17th and upon collection, a refundable R6000 was taken against my account, which according to their policy, would be payable within 14 working days after the return of the vehicle. I have since returned the car on the contracted date and to this date, I am still awaiting my deposit. Emails are not responded to; their WhatsApp number is just as useless because no-one ever responds to the texts and when you call, the consultants tell you “it will be paid soon” This was my first time utilizing their services and this has been a horrible experience. I would not recommend the company to anyone.
