Horrible call center experience

The worst call center experience ever. I recently rented a vehicle from thrifty and I forgot an item in the vehicle. I tried calling the relevant branch but I keep having to go through the call center and I keep getting redirected. I’ve been on hold forever and the call never reaches the related branch. I even asked for the direct line, the number I was given is not operational. This completely ruins whatever experience I had renting their vehicle.
