Holding deposit still not reversed into my account

Good day

My holding deposit has been sitting with Thrifty car hire for almost two months now. I have enquired with the bank and they state nothing was sent to my account. I was told Fatima is the manager but turns out Rowena Chetty the manager at OR Tambo is the worst manager I have ever laid eyes on. She is rude and impatient. She kept telling me the money is my account and knocked off 10 minute before knock off time while I was on the phone with my bank. The bank (FNB) clearly stated that nothing was reversed back. I send emails after emails after emails nobody says nothing. I had an awful experience with Thrifty that I wouldn’t even want my worst emery to experience. They are ********* and *********.
