HOLDING DEPOSIT NOT RETURNED AND STRUGGLING TO GET IT BACK

I am so disappointed and so frustrated, Initially on the 24th June i rented a car with thrift and was given an old car that made sounds when driving, i then returned the car as it felt unsafe to travel with it. I was then only given a newer car, the rental was returned on time. I am now struggling to get my holding deposit back of R3500 Iv called numerous of time and now is actually assisting me I want my refund back ASAP

this is by far the worst rental company, i would personally never return.

I will escalate this to the highest points!
