Holding deposit not released...24th day and still counting.

They really have pathetic customer service... after the car hire. I returned their vehicle at King Shaka airport on the 21st June, it is now the 8th July and I am still waiting for them to release the holding deposit. I have called them, sent them emails... their systems are just ineffective and their service is pathetic.
