Holding deposit for more than 8days
This is the 2nd time I had to waste my airtime calling this company regarding my deposit I returned the car on the 3rd January but stil today its 13th deposit is not yet on my bank, yesterday they say it was released, today they say it was only released today at 12h22, I won't bother myself calling them it's just a waste of time and my airtime

14 Jan 2021, 20:44I'm taking a car tomorrow from other company dollar thrifty is holding my deposit but if I'm taking a car again they want another deposit while they still holding my deposit, on the contract they say 4 to 7 working day they need to change it to 14 to 21 days to get your deposit back

I'm taking a car tomorrow from other company dollar thrifty is holding my deposit but if I'm taking a car again they want another deposit while they still holding my deposit, on the contract they say 4 to 7 working day they need to change it to 14 to 21 days to get your deposit back
