Holding Deposit

Greetings. I often book a car with the Organisation. This organisation doesn't respect people. I sometime feels like they could closed all the branches shut down . We as customers we complain about the something thing HOLDING DEPOSIT. To run an organisation on legit method is it a crime guys? Treat us fair guys on daily bases. I book a car on December return it back on 3 January 2021. 14 days lapsed no respond from my emails, You call no answer. Can someone assist us please.
