Holding Deposit

I hired a car at George airport with this company, I returned it on the 29th of October 2022, I haven't received my deposit to date, I have been in contact with them they promised to make an EFT on Friday which they did not do, I just called them now and they say they will make the deposit today, how can I trust them where's they did not keep their promise, I spoke to a manager called Norman on Friday he's the one that made the promise, I just called them now to follow up and i requested to speak to him he dismissed me he did not want to even speak with me on the phone ,the lady transferred me to a dead line and the call got disconnected, what a poor customer service MOST HORRIC I must say.
