Hassle free booking and deposit returned in time

I recently booked a car in Or Tambo, I got there and the car we booked was not available, we were then upgraded without extra charges, returned the car 5 days later, and as promised our deposit was back within the 7 days. I have seen a lot of complaints and I was scared myself, but thank you for the service and please give everyone that kind of satisfaction.
