Great service - Thrifty car hire Durban Airport

I recently visited Durban for a holiday and was struggling to hire a car at King Shaka been to all the car hires and had no luck. Took my chances at Thrifty and I must say I was blown away by the teams service. They were extremely busy on the day they had no cars available and the 2 gentlemen(don't know their names) assisted me with so much energy and professionalism they made a few calls and managed to get me a car in no time. The ladies that assisted with the paperwork was very friendly and made the process seamless,even the refund policy was no hassle they kept to their TAT and I received confirmation of my refund. Overall experience was 10/10 and will definitely use them in the future and will highly recommend Thrifty to friends and family Well done and keep up the great work - Thumbs up 5 star service and you truly value your customers
