Great Hire lousey staff attitude

For nearly a month I have hired a budget car from this company renewing the hire weekly, at all times I have had excellent service untill today. When I went to O R Tambo to return the car the attendant on duty was firstly annoyed that I had forgotten to bring the rental agreement and became loud and aggressive towards me, Compared to the service I had recieved from other staff members this was a shock. It has left me with a strong conviction that my future car hire will not be with Dollar Thrifty, Some serious training is required.
