Grateful

I was sent and put through to every department possible and no1 could help me on the 26 Nov. I then pressed option 1 and I explained to the lady my problem. I told her do not transfer me because I was so frustrated. She took her time to listen to me and I was allowed to ask questions. She was very helpful I just wanted to extend my vechile rental and she explained that I had to speak to lanseria since I rented the car from them but she told me she would call me back and she did after getting hold of lanseria I was very pleased because I had wasted so much of my airtime. I'm not sure if it matters but she goes by the name of Anissa. Thank u very much anissa for taking ur time to assist me. Thrifty needs more people like u.
