I had a very good experience, rented a car at the Cape Town International Airport at very low prices first of all, the staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. Got back the holding deposit within 14 working days as initially communicated to me when renting out the car, no hassles. I’m not sure if it was beginners luck cause it was my first time using them since everyone else is just giving bad reviews or if there’s been a change in management, but either way; I would 100% use them again. Also they are one of the few rental companies that accept both credit and debit cards, which is very convenient, so there’s that.
