Further shocking service
Further to our previous bad service we were contacted by the accounts department to resolve our issue. I have still not received my refund or holding deposit and will now be taking this matter further. I have tried calling the accounts lady by the name of Diane and am still waiting for a call back. This has been the worst service I have EVER received. RA#800291<br> <br> I expect a full refund and my holding deposit paid back into MY account by the end of the day!!!!!
