Frustration

<p>Booked a car with dollar thrifty ct airport. Extended my booking and after they debited my acc for the extention, they don't update their records. They send a tracker on me to come take the vehicle. I got over that embarasment and after I have returned the vehicle, they debit my account again in error. And now I'm told that its their procedure that I must wait 14days for my money to be refunded.</p> <p> </p>
