From May 2019 My Deposit has not been paid back!!
In May 2019 I rented a car for the weekend, it was returned on time and in perfect state. Till today I have not received my deposit (Hold), when you call them at OR Tambo music plays for over 30 minutes whilst holding. I was told to get a bank statement and I find that absurd because their system must be able to show that payment was either made or not made to a particular account. Every time I try to get them to pay my money back im told something different all the time and I have had it with them!! We don't deserve such treatment

06 Jan 2020, 14:21No money was deposited into my bank account, this was in MAY 2019 not December. I have had bank statements printed before at that time and to date no money reflected from Thrifty. If I can have records if the money came in or not, so should your finance department. They should be able to see that payment was made or the held funds were released or not. From the complaints, it's pretty much clear that you rip people off, you release the funds only for you to take them back!
