From bad situation to great

I arrived late one night and collected my car. ten minutes into my drive i realised how bad my rental car was. air was coming through the back, the speakers had been blown, the drive was horrible and worst was the smell!!!! really fowl smell. I called Dollar Thrifty and they immediately made a plan. An hour later they had come to my house and changed the car to a much more pleasant car. This was great as I couldnt drive 700+ km the next day in my first car.<br> <br> Thank you for coming to my house at 10 pm and going the extra mile. definitely secured a customer for years to come.
