Friendly, efficient- all round awesome service.

I recently rented a vehicle from the Polokwane Airport branch of Sani which I understand is changing to Dollar Thrifty currently. I dealt with Felix and Helga. I would like to recognise the great service I received. I was actually late to collect the vehicle but luckily found Felix still there, and he helped me with a smile. I then wanted to exchange the vehicle for a different larger vehicle the following day and once again Felix and Helga without any difficulties, it was quickly and efficiently swopped out. Such friendly and efficient service deserves to be applauded. Would recommend your branch to other without hesitation.
