They claim that I returned the car 1 hour late and they went and **********ly deducted money from my account without my approval, did not even get an invoice or communication. Then spoke to some lady at call centre and all she said was it’s my duty to make my own research before using their company when I told her that this was nonsense! I regret using this Company.
