********** COMPANY: NOT PAYING BACK DEPOSIT AS PER THEIR CONTRACT

This is the worst company to hire a car with. I rented a car from the 17 yo 19th December ans they said they would refund my deposit within 14 days but 14 days came and went and I have not received my deposit and when I call to find out if my deposit has been done they always have a pathetic excuse as to why it was not done. Why do I have to call in every day about my deposit but they say refunds are done automatically after 14 days. What this company is doing is ********** and I will never use their services ever again.
