I refuelled the car at the petrol station at OR Tambo, then drove down to the Thrifty drop off zone where the attendant confirmed the car was full and ticked it off as such. Please note that this was a distance of less than 4km in a class b car. Only for thrifty to charge me R113 for refuelling. Other than lack of profesionalism, this company is in the business of day light *******. I took a photo of the mileage and tank as I dropped off the car.. Now I've been waiting for a report as to how the car suddenly required R113 worth of petrol. I am reporting this to the ombudsman.
