Forced to take a vehicle which is not what you booked and paid for

I have booked a group N vehicle from 15th April picking up at 10:30 and returning on 18th April this month.

First of all, we waited 1.5 hours to receive the vehicle at Cpt Airport branch.

Secondly, it was 8 of us ( 2 families ), thus I booked a group N vehicle which stated on the website as an 8 seater, however I was forced to take a 7 seater as the consultant said we need to wait for few more hours if we insist on having an 8 seater, and the other consultant said one of the adult can hold a child passenger for the full duration to sort the problem ( the youngest kids of mine is 9 years ).

So in order not to waste our time and kids were losing their patience, we took the 7 seater for 4 days. I mean we did not get what we paid for and whatever showing on their webpage is just not what you getting.
