Follow up to STAY AWAY
It has been more than a week since this company took money from me without my permission. Conveniently the *********** doesn't respond and calling the branch gets your call redirected to a call centre that puts you in contact telephonically with the branch only to have the call redirected back. Lack of accountability is pervasive in this organisation. Starts at the top it would seem. Bunch of ******S!
Dear Mr Imraan Moolla (managing director), stop sending me dear valued customer emails and just return my money.

Thank you for your standard reply which is absolutely useless. I was charged for a service that I am not getting. It is not a deposit that needs to be refunded, it is the unauthorised charge!
