Filthiest car I ever drove.....Never again

I am a regular client of Thrifty. I rent vehicles almost every week from them. This morning I was given a 7 seater vehicle which I felt ashamed of driving in because of the filth. Everything was filthy,smeary,dusty. From the dials, dashboard,seats, all plastics,and the list goes on. I was supposed to pick up a business executive, but cannot be seen in such a filthy vehicle. I returned it shortly afterwards this morning and rented a vehicle from another firm. Not only did they waste my time and money, but they are costing me my reputation among clients, since I was late and I could not meet my obligations today. I have spent in excess of R40 000 in the last year alone with them. Is this how you look after your clients??? Highly disgusted
