False Information Leading to Business Loss

On the 2nd of Feb I made a online booking for a Toyota Hilux and received confirmation via e mail. I then decided just in case to confirm the booking with a call centre agent named Samantha. I explained that I am RSA Citizen also residing here permanently, but due to me staying in Namibia in 2005 I obtained a Namibian SADC drivers lisence. I was assured that it would not be a problem if I can present my SA Id and Passport. My meeting time was however changed to earlier and I called the Branch itself and spoke to either Mariska/Meliska, I then changed the time from 14h00 to 12h00 and yet again I was assured that all will be in order if I present Id And Passport......so looooong story short by 12h55 I was denied the rental due to my passport not being stamped.....Hellloooo Catch a wake up I stay in SA seems like foreigners with a stamp is the only ones allowed to rent.....The delay and **** service was the result of My Professionalism severely doubted by client as well as Still no car due to short Notice cancellation. Avis will still be the best. You are a disgrace to SA Market and see clients as another dollar... a company I will never support ever and will keep spreading the word
