Failure to refund deposit of R10,000 under suspicious circumstances and pathetic excuses.

Rental agent has failed to refund my deposit of R10,000 claiming that there is an issue with the system where a "bug" has jumbled the last 4 digits of the cards used. Furthermore, the company has deducted R40 from my deposit for "fees". I have been waiting for going on 6 business days for my refund to reflect in my account.
