Failure to complete business transactions

Worst car rental services in SA. I booked and paid a vehicle online to collect in lanseria on collection I received the news that 1 they don't have cars and 2 I must do credit score check which when I booked I was not made aware of. Had they did I would have looked into other options now I'm left stranded they have my money 💵, which I can't get and it's 9 pm stranded
