Extremely worse service

Rented a car with them end of May this year and returned it with dent and I reported it and signed all relevant documents. receive sms regarding the amount they will charge for repairs and that was dedicated from my account on the 30 June . I was advised by the person on claims department that everything is fine they just need to release my holding deposit. till today I have not received it , iv been calling and sending emails to them but no response. I wouldn't recommend them even to my worse enemy.
