Extra charges with no explanation and flat tyre

I have a few complaints about my recent horrible experience with Thrifty.

I rented a car from Kruger International Airport. During the inspection, Musa did not check the spare tyre in the boot. He loaded my luggage but did not check the tyre. I basically drove from Kruger International Airport to Lanseria Airport with a FLAT spare tyre!!!

Then when I got to Lanseria Airport, the car was inspected by Tbogo who decided to BLAME me for the flat spare tyre. I DID NOT CHANGE the tyre so how the hell could I have flattened it. He was pressuring me into lodging a claim for something that was not my fault but the inspector at Kruger International Airports fault!!!

The service has been disgusting and appalling!!!

I was also charged R54,77! What is this for? The car was returned with a full tank of petrol and I paid all the tolls myself so what the hell is this charge??? I will never use or recommend your service. This was one of the worst experiences I have had renting a cars.

Tried calling customer service but no one bothers to answers.
