Extra charges for no reason or explination

<p>We rented a car from Dollar Thrifty 28th of Jan 2017 till the 29th from the Gerogre Airport branch to drive to Plett and back. Salesman gave the car with 100km daily allowance.</p> <p>Car was returned on the 29th after filling up the petrol tank with 210.2km on the clock.</p> <p>Going through my bank statments I see you charged an extra R397.98 with no explination given?</p> <p>I called the George Airport branch 2 weeks ago and was told that you would look into it and call me back, I am still waiting...</p> <p> </p> <p>Please explain why you have charged almost the same initial cost as an extra without even the cutasy of an explination? </p>
