extra charges and refund
I made a quote with this car rental place. when i went to fetch the car the charges were increased. i accepted that as i needed the car urgently. i paid an extra R3000 for deposit which was supposed to be refunded to as soon as i returned the car undamaged. i returned the car and only then was i told that the refund would take 48 hrs. i accepted that too and waited 48hrs. that went passed, i called to find out what the delay was...then i was told that it takes more than that!! Really!!! This is the most pathetic service i've ever received!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR I'M TAKING UR *****ING & SCHEMING COMPANY TO THE CLEANERS! THIS IS UTTER NONSENSE!!!
