Exceptionally bad service!!!

I would not recommend anyone to make use of Thirty Car Rentals. Terrible client service and experience! We experienced problems with our car rental booking, we were told that we would be refunded to which we still have not been reimbursed for. We booked a car seat upfront as part of our rental agreement, and on arrival there were NO car seats in stock and the one they eventually managed to offer to us was in a terrible condition and not usable. I asked to speak to the manager who was also not helpful at all, and just apologized for the inconvenience caused.
