Exceptional Service at Thrifty/Hertz Cape Town International Airport

I have been doing long-term car rentals with Thrifty/Hertz for nearly a year now, mainly because of the amount of mileage I travel every month. Their monthly rental rates are absolutely superb and extremely reasonable.

But what really stands out for me is the incredible team at Cape Town International Airport. They have absolute angels working there, especially Kyle and Hennie (Hendrik). ❤️

Thank you both for always looking after me, for being so incredibly professional, and most importantly, for providing exceptional customer service every single time.

There genuinely isn't an issue or request that these two boys can't find a way to sort out. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they always go the extra mile with a smile.

I am truly humbled by the way you look after your customers and make what could otherwise be a simple car rental experience feel so personal and effortless.
