Recently needed to hire a vehicle whilst mine was in for repair. Requested a quote from Somerset West branch and was attended to by Marlin. He was very knowledgeable with regard to pricing, terms and conditions. I had received other quotes prior to speaking to Marlin (some lower) but as a result of his professional approach and knowledge, immediately decided to sign up with Thrifty.
