Excellent Service

<p>Good day.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have had the pleasure of dealing with Thrifty for my business need for about 3 Months now and feel obligated to express my experience.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have hired three vehicles with Thrifty for my business and each time that I have dealt with the staff it has been an absolute pleasure. My first experience with the Lanseria branch made me highly optimistic as I was greeted with a smile and a “Welcome to Thrifty as a new client”. The incorrect Vehicle was issued but the branch supervisor assured me of a speedy change over and my own convenience which happened as promised. During my second experience, there were some issues with incorrect and non-operational vehicles but this was sorted out efficiently and a gentleman named Angelo at the vehicle depot contacted me to apologise for the inconvenience, which was not necessary but highly appreciated. This proved that an organisation as big as Thrifty still cared. My third experience with OR Tambo International branch found some troubles with the billing and deposits but the branch supervisor, Chris, was highly understanding and extremely accommodating to our own office mix ups, communication problems and payment issues. Everything was sorted out speedily and the branch management was more than accommodating. The staff were very polite, professional and welcoming. I was also impressed with the speed at which they return the holding deposits and the efficiency in the accounting department.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am definitely considering a corporate account with Thrifty because the staff are well trained yet maintain their humanity unlike their competitors. Thrifty is truly a well-run company and the staff operate like a well-oiled machine. It is therefore my pleasure to utilise Thrifty and no other for all our logistical needs in the future, be it for my business or my personal use. Congratulations on building a fine organisation and providing an unparalleled service.</p>
