Excellent at attracting bad customer reviews! 5 stars for terrible customer service!

My experience with this company has left me with a monthlong headache. First the booking was messed up and I was inconvenienced, now I’ve been waiting for my deposit refund for over 30 day. Come on, guys! Do you not take pride in the service you deliver? So many online complaints - it’s as if you don’t even care. Does this company purposefully hire people who just don’t care about their jobs too, just to give our experience that extra bit of annoyance and pure displeasure? I just want my money back, please.
