Empty promises for pay back of holding deposit.

I am so discussed with this company. I rented a vehicle from 19 to 28 December 2020. This is the only car rental company that fiscally withdraw the holding deposit from your card. No hold anymore. So they promised that the holding deposit will be refunded in 4 to 7 working days after returning the rental vehicle. We are no on day 14 with no success!! I phoned them 3 times during this week with empty promises. I still haven't received my holding deposit. I will rather use someone else in future and pay a bit more!!
