DOUBLE DEDUCTION NOW REFUSING TO REFUND ME

There was a duplication of R525 deducted from my credit card, once on the 11th of October and again on the 18th of October. I have spoken to Rowan on two occasions, sent my bank statement ( which i shouldn't even be doing as you have all the records your side) and been promised a refund with no luck. Today again I phoned and spoke to another consultant who also said it's still sitting in the refund department. Unacceptable that you are earning interest on my money. I would like an immediate enquiry into this matter, completely unacceptable that I have to phone and make you aware of duplications. Disgusting service. Quick to take my money but couldn't be bothered to return it.
