Double Charge on Credit Card / No Refund / No Response / Beware of dealings with Dollar/Thrifty

I rented a vehicle at Cape Town international airport 13th October 2022. Days after I returned the vehicle I noticed on my banking statement that I had been double charged. I immediately contacted Tlou Mmethi whom requested bank statement which I supp**** same day. Unless I recieve a refund I will be taken this up legally.
