Double charge has not been addressed

Booking was made and paid for through rentalcars.com - Took large chunk of my deposit for rental charge despite my having paid through the booking agent. I was therefore double charged and have not received feedback for three months since the incident. Do not use Rentalcars.com or Thrifty if you hope to have a seamless experience.
