DONT USE THRIFTY CAR RENTAL SERVICE

Terrible Service.

Been trying to solve a problem since Friday last week, every time there was said to me they will call me back but no success or response. Money has been deducted off my card twice without my consent or knowledge and this is UNACCEPTABLE.
