Don't use this company they don't return holding deposits

These people don't return the security deposit. Almost 2 months of having returned their car im still waiting for the holding deposit funds to be returned to my account despite being ob the phone back and forth with their customer service line. One of them had the audacity to tell me the issue was with my bank which turned out to be a lie. Needless to say i won't be using them again and I'll be warnings everyone I know off using their services
