Don't go to a Randburg Thrifty...ever

Randburg Thrifty is the worst branch I have ever been to. Please take a page out of the Cape Town Greenpoint branch and see how customers should be treated and how smoothly the process works there.

Where on their website does it say that the person driving the car must be the person paying for the booking and deposit? Your agent wouldn't accept the credit card I used for the booking for my husband. She made me change the booking to my name and charged me an additional R430 to add him as a driver! This makes no sense to me. If my company is booking a car for me, do they have to pay an additional fee so I can drive it if my details are filled in on the original booking?

My husband does not even have a credit card and that's why the booking deposit and payment was done using my credit card, as per the website.

And please tell your staff to be less rude.
