Don’t ever use dollar thrifty or SANI. They are absolutely useless.

Slow, useless customer service. Spent over 90 minutes in a queue despite pre booking.

Don’t ever use these guys, there is nothing good about this business.

They are so bad they setup a new website business called SANI but it is still them.

When I got to my allocated bay the car wasn’t even there and I had to go back to the office and wait some more.
