DON'T DO IT!!! Don't be Thrifty with car rental

They don't tell you that they only accept certain credit cards (so I had to use my debit card, which was x4 the amount I was told about). Then there are also hidden costs too! Took me 6 MONTHS to get my deposit back. They also don't answer calls or emails when enquiring about the return of your deposit, so I had to physically go to the office (Sandton). Yes, they are cheaper but you pay for that difference in fighting for your own money, calling, emailing, waiting, etc. Lucky I took out the window insurance because I notice after I left that the windscreen came with chips. I was still charged for that btw!!
