Don't want to pay me back my deposit

on the first of December i rented a car with dollar thrifty centurion and the following day the car front left tyre busted, when i returned the car the lady gave me an attitude and they charged me for those thing which i didn't have a problem with. but since then i have been calling the head office and the branch asking for my deposit and the statement to check the amount they have deducted from my account (the car was brought back on the 3rd or December and today is the 21st already), i used to recommend this branch and the company but now this guys they always tell me they will call me back and since then they've never called me and i keep calling them and they telling me the same story over and over again
